1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Kaptan VIP website, the company dashboard, the Kaptan VIP mobile applications, company websites created on Kaptan VIP and the online transfer booking services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a booking or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, hotel or agency, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. About the Services

Kaptan VIP is a technology platform for the transfer and private transportation sector. Depending on how you use it, the Services can include:

• A company dashboard for managing transfer bookings, drivers, vehicles, payments and reports
• A mobile application for drivers to follow assigned transfers
• Company websites through which guests can book transfers online
• Hızlı Araç, which lets hotels request vehicles and drivers find transfer jobs
• Tools for registering trips and passengers to U-ETDS and preparing the U-ETDS PDF

Kaptan VIP provides the software. Unless clearly stated otherwise, transfers are carried out by the transfer company or driver you book with, not by Kaptan VIP.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The information you give us, including company, driver and vehicle details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details and verification codes confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at info@kaptanvip.online if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Transfer Companies, Hotels and Agencies

If you use the Services to run or organize transfers, you are responsible for:

• Holding the licenses, permits and insurance required to provide transportation services
• The prices, conditions and cancellation rules you offer to your customers
• The content you publish on your company website, including text, images and vehicle information
• Making sure the drivers and vehicles you assign meet legal and safety requirements
• Having a lawful basis for the passenger and driver data you enter into the Services

5. Drivers

If you use the Services as a driver, you confirm that you hold a valid driving license and all documents, permits and insurance required for the vehicle you drive and the transfers you carry out. You must follow traffic laws and carry out accepted transfers safely and on time.

Jobs found through Hızlı Araç are agreements between you and the party offering the job. Please check the trip details before accepting.

6. Bookings for Passengers

When you book a transfer through Kaptan VIP or a company website built on it, your booking is made with the transfer company providing the service. The price, vehicle, cancellation and refund conditions shown at the time of booking apply.

Please give accurate pickup, flight and passenger information. The transfer company cannot be held responsible for delays or missed pickups caused by incorrect information.

7. U-ETDS and AI Passport Reading

The Services help you prepare and send U-ETDS records. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the trip and passenger information and for submitting records on time, as required by law.

Information read from passports with AI is a suggestion to reduce typing. Always check it before submitting. Kaptan VIP is not responsible for records submitted with incorrect information.

8. Fees and Payments

Fees for business use of the Services are set out in your agreement or offer from Kaptan VIP. Transfer prices are set by the transfer company and are shown before you confirm a booking. Taxes are applied as required by law.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you must not:

• Break any law or use the Services for fraudulent bookings or payments
• Enter information about other people without the right to do so
• Try to access accounts, data or systems that you are not authorized to access
• Disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Services, or collect data from them by automated means
• Upload content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including the software, design, logos and the Kaptan VIP name, belong to Kaptan VIP or its licensors. You may use them only as allowed by these Terms. Content you upload remains yours; you allow us to use it only as needed to provide the Services.

11. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party services such as maps, SMS delivery, push notifications and payment providers. Their own terms may also apply, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.

12. Availability and Liability

We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but they are provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Kaptan VIP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from transfers carried out by transfer companies or drivers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or that puts other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you before doing so.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be published on this page with an updated date. If you continue to use the Services after a change, the updated Terms apply.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence are not affected.
